The online quote is an estimate based on your answers. The final amount is confirmed after we inspect your device in store and verify its IMEI, account locks and financing status. If everything matches what you described, your offer will match your estimate.
Once we have inspected your device and you accept the final offer, we pay you right there in the store.
Your device (charged if possible), a valid government-issued photo ID and your quote reference number. Sign out of iCloud / Google and turn off Find My before you come — or bring your passcode so we can do it together.
We can’t buy phones that are locked to an iCloud / Google account, blacklisted, reported lost or stolen, or still being financed. Carrier-locked phones are fine — they’re just valued a little lower than unlocked phones.
Usually, yes! Many damaged phones still have value. Answer the questions honestly and you’ll see an estimate. If your device isn’t listed, call or visit and we’ll take a look.
